HR Manager

We wish to bring like-minded professionals aboard to join our friendly international team. We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes. We see this Manager as the go-to person for all employee-related issues. The duties will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development. You should create a friendly environment within the team with a sense of belonging; an environment where everyone works to realize the company’s (and personal) mission and objectives. Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, to ensure that business goals are achieved; Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources management, and employment law, both in the US and overseas; Collaborate with managers both in the US and overseas to deal with HR issues and emergencies; Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital; develop the talent pool for potential vacancies; Staff onboarding and assisting in the adaptation process; Providing staff satisfaction and loyalty assessments; Providing performance reviews and personal development planning; collaborating with managers in order to boost job satisfaction and employee retention; Nurture a positive working environment; Maintain pay plan and benefits program; Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics; Conduct exit interviews and ensure company separations are processed correctly in our systems. Requirements: 3+ years of proven experience with managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process; Deep knowledge and experience with US labor laws and HR practices is a must; Experience in managing international and remote teams is a must; Excellent command of English, outstanding written and verbal communication skills; Previous experience in the E-commerce industry is a plus; A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any of the listed disciplines: psychology, management, economy, or sociology would be a benefit; Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office, and Google Workspace apps; In-depth understanding of HR best practices, systems, and databases; Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company; Ability to multi-task effectively, work autonomously, and employ initiative to find solutions; A proactive, flexible approach to work, can-do attitude, and ability to work under pressure; Strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to seek creative solutions to problems as they arise; Exceptional interpersonal, teamwork skills, and ability to interact effectively at all levels within an organization.
