KIVORK is an international IT product company. Together we design and manage our own products in the field of travel and transportation. The most important projects that have made us famous worldwide are WowFare, Ovago, HOP2 and Arangrant. KIVORK has a large staff of 750 people based in various offices worldwide including Moldova, the UK, India, the USA and local remote teams in Kazakhstan, Armenia, Ukraine etc. We are currently looking for an addition to our team — a Lead Analyst who will run analytics projects and will come up with technical solutions that will help drive our business performance. Requirements: At least 5 years of experience as a Product/Data Analyst Prior experience in the travel industry is a great advantage Experience leading an analytical team Experience in implementing processes or technical architecture for analytics (single database, data prediction, management processes) Extensive experience in automation of analytical processes (Python/R) Ability to implement data validation process Experience working with both web & mobile analytics Experience with lean process and automation backlog Result-oriented approach and ability to multitask Strong interpersonal and time-management skills What you will do: Lead and develop high performing analytics teams Implement processes for the validation of analytical procedures Generate analytical reports and technical solutions at the company level Oversee analytics projects to gather and analyze data taken from various sources (DB, GoogleAnalytics, amplitude and/or other analytics systems) Apply statistics and data modelling to gain business insights and boost company revenue Identify internal and external growth points of the company’s products What we offer: Interesting and promising projects Motivating salary Work in a friendly team Job stability and great opportunities for professional growth Remote work
