Trade System Development Executive


Philip Morris in Ukraine is looking for Trade System Development ExecutiveKey responsibilities:• Establish effective channels of communication and information exchange with all entitled PMSD functions, including ongoing communication flow with Business Units and Central Support Team.• Support Business Units by development of concept and mechanics of trade programs as a center of expertise achieving thus short and long-term company objectives. Collect regional best practices and promote them to ensure highest effectiveness & efficiency of trade programs in all Business Units.• Analyze Field Force and Back Office feedback on efficiency of Trade Programs and Trade Activation Tools and Systems, be constantly updated on the major trends of programs’ implementation in the Regions, and attained through the regular field visits.• Conduct regular in-depth analysis of existing trade programs to identify their effectiveness & efficiency. Based on the analysis propose and implement new elements of the program to ensure constant improvements.• Equip Business Units and Management by the development and implementation of the tools and systems in order to timely assess that investments are effective and efficient and lead to achieve company objectives.• Maintain positive working relationships with relevant functions of the organization in order to follow up on all critical business developments and retail trade activities.• Perform other tasks and accountabilities implied in or related to the position purpose. Follow all PMSD policies and procedures.• Provide technical support for systems and ensure their stable work• Constantly optimize existing digital trade processes to ensure more efficient use of company resources• Develop new tools & functionalities to get the best solutions according to business needs• Manage, organize and continuously improve effective and efficient collaboration with all third party vendors supporting commercial activitiesRequirements:• Education: University degree in Engineering / Business Administration with additional certificates, degrees or experience in IS/IT• English: Upper-Intermediate and higher, Russian/Ukrainian: fluent• MS Office PC: advanced user’s skills• Advanced skills in: Excel, VBA, SQL• Аt least 1 year of experience with CRM management• Working with JavaScript, Corezoid, AWS, PostgreSQL, Sales Force (SFDC), Einstein / Google Analytics , HTML & CSS would be a benefit• Strong customer focus with a drive for continuous improvement• Strong analytical, problem-solving and multitasking skills with high attention to details• Project management experience would be a benefitWhat we offer:• You will work in truly international environment• You will get unique development opportunities• You will enjoy building your network among highly professional colleagues• You will get competitive compensation & social package
