Technical support manager (Integration process)


DESCRIPTION We are looking to hire an Integration Manager, with a real passion for Technology and Project Management, to our awesome Client Integration team in the ever-expanding world of iGaming and Sports betting. You will help to launch Clients Worldwide and lay the first brick in their successful future. Through your role, you will have interactions with most of the people in-side BETBY and know all the ins and outs of this industry. REQUIREMENTS 1+ years of experience as Project / Integration Manager in an IT company; Good understanding of Technical systems and lingo; Ability to work with cross-functional teams; Ability to get things done under pressure; Experience in Requirements Management desired; Advanced level of English and Russian. Excellent customer service approach. High availability. Willing to work during non-standard working hours in order to ensure a high level of clients satisfaction; Highly motivated, creative, dynamic, and strong team player; Technically educated and able to understand terms like HTTP protocol, REST, web services, etc. WILL BE A PLUS Project Management skills; Good knowledge of Agile methods; Be able to quickly and clearly understand the business strategy to ensure the decisions are aligned accordingly; Experience working with and reporting to senior stakeholders across the financial and operational functions of the business; RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as the main point of contact for our Clients during the integration phase and as technical point of contact for our Clients following the integration phase; Communicate project priorities, monitor and escalate issues; Provide regular update reports to management as required; Assimilate technical documentation and information to be able to provide technical guidance; Be able to act as a backup for another Client Integration Managers; Ensure that integration requirements are well defined and that custom integrations have a complete and well-defined solution design for all use cases in the scope of the project with help from Solution Architects from BETBY, subcontractors, and client; Facilitate the communication and collaboration of several BETBY teams, subcontractors, and client own development teams either by direct contact or via Team Leaders/Product Managers and/or Project Managers; Ensure that the integration has all necessary approvals before Production (QA, Finance, Compliance, and Client sign-offs); Create and improve Integration related processes.
