Responsibility: — making phone calls using established scripts to verify the information in databases;- maintaining an up-to-date database in the corporate program. Requirements: 1. Upper-intermediate level of English;2. Computer and MS Office skills;3. PC/Laptop. The equipment must be: RAM 4/8 Gb, Windows 8/8.1/10/11, macOS;4. PC accessories, including mouse, headphones with microphone, etc;5. A stable Internet connection. The speed should be at least 30mb/s — upload/download6. Schedule and Compensation — 7:00 am — 3:30 pm EEST time (8 hours and 30-min. break). Rate during Probation — 290 $ + bonus — 2:30 pm — 11:00 pm EEST time (8 hours and 30-min. break). Rate during Probation — 325 $ + bonus — 4:30 pm — 11:00 pm EEST time (6 hours and 30-min. break). Rate during Probation — 230 $ + bonus — 7:00 pm — 11:00 pm EEST time (4 hours). Rate during Probation — 160 $ + bonus Probation period — 2 months.The level of increase in compensation after the probation period is up to 13% (the percentage of increase depends on the work schedule and individual performance indicators — KPI). Monthly bonuses (from $100 with 8-hour work schedule and KPI not lower than "1").
