Job DescriptionWe are looking for ambitious Key Account Manager (Junior) with a real passion for business, who want to work for one of the biggest FMCG companies in the world and enable the business to drive positive sales growth results. In this role you will be working with worldwide known brands by strategically managing entire categories.With us you will:Co-managemanage the customer business (omnichannel, discounters or distributors)Develop Customer’s Business Plans and objectivesLead the Customer to use trade funds to achieve sustainable volume growthLeverage Customer’s specifics knowledge for reliable input to P&G initiative planningLead the deployment of multifunctional resources and funds against clearly defined Customer-specific volume and in-store presence opportunitiesManage all details related to the day-to-day business (i.e. volume forecasting, product cards, customer reports, budgets management etc.) Bild collaborative business relationship with internal and external partners.Job QualificationsQualificationsInitial experience (up to 2 years) or strong interest in SalesVery good negotiation skills with proven track of successAbility to create value, find customer insights and executeAbility to work under pressure and stressExcellent analytical thinking and communication skills, together with ability to influence othersValid driver's license (active driver)Bachelor’s degreeFluency in English and Ukrainian language (written and spoken)What we Offer:Competitive starting salary (48 000 UAH GROSS) and benefits program (medical insurance, life insurance, lunch subsidy)Regular salary increases and possible promotions — all in line with your results and performanceCareer development in a multinational company with a friendly team and high standards;Company tool car30 calendar days of paid vacation;Up to 8 weeks of paid parental leave for dads.Hybrid work arrangement (work from comfortable office with shelter, work from home)Job Schedule: Full time
