IT &SAP coordinator TotalEnergies Marketing Ukraine is a subsidiary of the TotalEnergies, the fifth largest integrated energy company on the planet. Company offering a wide range of lubricants including performance engine oils such as Quartz Lubricants and Classic Product Range, Rubia® Fuel Economy and Heavy Duty Lubricants, Industrial Lubricants for Metalworking and the Food Industry (Nevastane), selling special fluids, additives and developing bitumen business line. Company is looking for experienced IT &SAP coordinator. Major functions: Coordination of IT and SAP support between local providers, users and headquarters; Acting as level 1 user support for SAP and IT; Representing IT and SAP functions of the country in meetings with HQ, outsourced providers (both on HQ and local side); Acting as country IT-Security officer; Passing IT-security audits when required; Provide trainings, support users with advises regarding process improvement (eg usage of Office 365 tools, specific SAP reports); Support digitalization and dematerialization initiatives of the Company; According to SAP users requests open SNOW tickets. Promptly responds to new requests or incidents, takes responsibility and makes every effort to resolve them. Coordination between local SAP support company, Accenture and end users. Review / comment functional specification prepared by local support in case of system enhancements. Business requirements documents preparation for Evaluation tickets, tasks tracking, acting as mediator between ABAP audit and local developers, between end-users and consultants; Communication with outsourcing SAP local support provider and Total group contacts, related to SAP subjects; Provide day-to-day user support of the system including troubleshooting problems without ticket creation and bringing to resolution in a timely manner; Support Testing process in case of new SAP Notes installation or any enchantments with test scenarios / case preparation, solving test defects in Sandbox. Perform testing in quality system and provide confirmation during TRs transport; New price conditions upload or manual input to SAP. In case of any incorrectness of prices in sales orders — investigation and correction of price conditions; Participate in data extraction/conversion, mapping data and loading activities for the requests from audit or sales managers; Communication with BPO in different cases. Requests for new GL accounts creation, and creation of alternative accounts on your own; As a Key user, support the development of end-user trainings and updating user manuals documentation according to any change; Quarterly: preparation of PAC (priority accounting controls) file; Monthly: participation in the month-end closing procedure, support in case of any errors, and control over correctness of foreign exchange gains calculation, posting of depreciation. Preparation of manual postings report and manual corrections; Identify potential improvements in the various business processes; Other requests from end- users and management. Qualification/Experience required: University degree in Finance or computer engineering; At least 3 years of professional experience with SAP in multinational environment; Project leadership and transversal management skills; Advanced practical knowledge of ERP SAP R3 is essential, advanced user of Excel; Experience in implementation or support of SAP S/4HANA is desirable; Strong analytical and communication skills; Well organized, initiative, team-oriented, ability to work independently under strict deadlines; Good knowledge of English (spoken and written) required (French appreciated).
