TotalEnergies Marketing Ukraine is a subsidiary of the TotalEnergies, the fifth largest integrated energy company on the planet. Company offering a wide range of lubricants including performance engine oils such as Quartz Lubricants and Classic Product Range, Rubia® Fuel Economy and Heavy Duty Lubricants, Industrial Lubricants for Metalworking and the Food Industry (Nevastane), selling special fluids, additives and developing bitumen business line. Company is looking for experienced financial controller with fix term contract (maternity leave) with options to switch to permanent position or further carrier growth, depending on candidate performance. Major functions: Coordination of closing process with other Company departments, update of the reporting schedule; Corporate reporting, calculation of provisions; Priority Accounting controls; Credit controlling; Analysis, calculation and review of Rebate provisions; Control and maintenance CO module settings in SAP, key user for CO module in SAP; Coordination of annual External Audit of Financial Statements; Participation in annual budgeting and long-term planning process, business reviews preparation; Contribute to financial analysis: costs analysis and preparation of Marginality report; Sales database, other sales/marginality reports under request; Coordination of intracompany management fees supporting filing; Review of Purchasing agreements (Financial conditions); Coordination of request related to GRC10, DELEG, MIDOCO; HR4U, IDEAL; Coordination of IT related requests (including SAP) from local Users; other tasks related to activities outlined above; Participation in webinar, workshops and seminars regarding responsible areas. Qualification/Experience required: University degree in Finance, professional qualifications are advantage; At least 5 years of professional experience (Finance, Controlling, Audit) in multinational environment; Leadership and management skills; Computer literacy: Excellent practical knowledge of SAP R3 is essential (CO is additional advantage), Office 365 (particularly Excel), understanding of IT infrastructure is added value; Strong analytical skills; Well organized, initiative, team-oriented, ability to work independently under strict deadlines; Good knowledge of English (spoken and written) required (French appreciated).
