Чим Вам прийдеться займатися : Development of Trade Finance product line- methodology functions (incl. internal products, procedures, tariffs); Support documentary and trade finance deals (incl. structuring, preparing of documents (contracts, servicing deal (preparing drafts of guarantees, letters of credit); Negotiate with existing and new clients for promoting and support trade finance deals (guarantees, letters of credit, promissory notes avalizing, collections); Support trade finance (documentary) branch network deals (consulting, structuring); Negotiate with international organizations (banks, financial institutions) for promote development of trade finance business (establish risk limits, establish relations in trade finance) Organizing and conducting training for branch's employees under trade finance products Prepare of credit application (in a part of structure of TF deal) for further approval on Credit Committee ; Communicate with other departments and branch network to ensure an efficient sales process of trade finance products and efficient internal servicing of trade finance transactions overall. Що ми від Вас очікуємо : Knowledge of national and international legislation concerning documentary operations regulating, namely: The Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits, 2007 Revision, ICC Publication no. 600; The Uniform Rules for Demand Guarantees, 2010 Revision, ICC Publication No. 758; International Standard Banking Practice Publication No. 745E (April 2013); The Uniform Rules for Bank-to-Bank Reimbursements under Documentary Credits ("rules"), ICC Publication No. 725; NBU instructions on documentary operations (guarantees, letters of credit, promissory notes); Mandatory knowledge of Excel and Microsoft office package; Business communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team; At least upper-intermediate English level
