About the Role As a Technical Product Manager and a Product Owner, you will be part of our Product Team to drive innovation in the space of Decentralised Cloud Storage and CDNs, Crypto wallets, NFT platforms, Marketplaces and Analytics. You will help to develop, document, and execute a comprehensive plan to understand user needs, iterate on product scope and ensure timely development of highly complex technical products. Together with the Lead Architect and Lead Product Manager, you will be responsible for giving our teams the information and product methodology needed to be successful and continuously help us improve as an organization. You will work closely with the Lead Product Manager, Lead Architect and CEO in Berlin. In this role as a Technical Product Manager, you'll: — Manage highly complex technical products at the fringe of innovation in the Blockchain space- Own and drive a rapidly scaling product roadmap and product priorities on operational and strategic levels- Work closely with the engineering team to clearly convey product direction and deliver product milestones- Manage Backlog and drive product development through agile processes- Actively seek user feedback to focus on solving problems that move the needle and incorporate it into your daily exploration and validation process- Demonstrate a data-driven approach to product decisions along the product development lifecycle- Clearly and effectively communicate and document the product strategy, functionality, and requirements- Track, measure, analyse and communicate relevant KPIs as well as product development progress to key stakeholders- Collaborate with Designers to quickly iterate on UI implementations- Manage and support new Product Launches in collaboration with other departments: Marketing, LiveOps, Business Development, Engineering- Assist and Support Lead Product Manager to lead and train and remove barriers to adoption of new processes within the organisation- Work closely with the Ecosystem Team to ensure accurate technical documentation and support with problem resolution during Partner integrations Requirements: — 3+ years in technical product management or technical product owner role, working closely with both businesses and developers in data-driven B2B/B2C initiatives and consumer facing experience, preferably gaming, advertising, cloud or data infrastructure- Previous software development experience is a plus- Very structured and organised in written and verbal communication- Highly motivated self-starter able to work with minimal supervision and direction- Ability to context-switch easily from — understanding users need to get into the technical detail.- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience- Best if you have successfully launched an app with a metric-driven mindset- Start-up experience in fast-paced environments working in an agile, cross-functional teams- Experience working with remote teams across diverse cultures and still drive the team forward- Fluent English Speaker with strong documentation skills plus in you are native German or speak fluent German (C1)
