Responsibilities: Day-to-day Supply chain activity Monitor outbound and inbound activities: Check sales result compared to plans, analyze delays of sales and supply; Daily interact with HQ, Vendors, Inbound on issues of various supply chain operational issues: confirmed RTF, shortage analysis, model line-up, sales expectation and demand alterations; Purchase Order managing: Monitor automatically-issued PO for related product groups vs. to FCST. Creating manual PO for different types of biz activities: standard PO to vendors, stock-transfer PO, return PO. Check Open PO list/items, cleaning up. Align confirmed POs with sales plan; Monitor and analyze Sell-out FCST relevancy; Interaction with AR&Credit department to check financial risks for weekly and monthly sales plans; KPI review and analysis Monitor Supply Chain KPI, analyze reasons of delay against the target level, identify areas of possible improvement and take/propose corrective measures; Analyze model sales trend based on trend in the previous months/weeks and distributors PSI report. List up models for which FCST to be revised; List up models with slow inventory. Discuss with Sales team clean-up plan. SCM process improvement and employee teaching Arrangement of SCM meetings for issues which can have effect on demand changing; Demand update and input FCST according to agreed changes during SCM meeting, AP2 update based on AP1 level and with consideration of PM guide; Review sales targets, customers' orders, actual sales, channel inventory, new product launching, etc. Demand Plan Consensus set up. Check results vs. to previous week targets; Check promo plans for availability of necessary models in order to avoid shortage or overstock; Teaching employees of SCM rules and operation methods. Requirements: 3+ years of relevant experience (preferably on position of Supply Chain Manager, Production planning manager, Sales planning manager) Preferred industries: Consumer Electronics, FMCG, IT University Degree in Finance/Accounting, Technics, Programming, Data base management Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills Advanced user of MS Excel, Power Point and Access Upper-intermediate English is a must
