Service Delivery Manager


Infopulse is inviting talented professionals to join our project as a Service Delivery Manager for our respectable client TietoEVRY. Areas of Responsibility: Execute tactical and operational governance for Cloud & Infra services both internally and externally Lead the delivery team, guiding it to work according to the corporate best practices, using the defined policies, processes, practices, and tools Lead customers business continuity through Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) and other related activities with internal/external actions utilizing possible add-on sales that supports Customers’ business targets Be accountable for customer demand management and empowering the delivery team to proactively take care of the add-on sales enablement and growth. To work closely with respective Client Partner and Sales Be accountable for add-on sales and drives growth with whole customer team (e.g. Customer Architect) Qualifications: Proficient English both spoken and written is a must Proficient Swedish both spoken and written is a must Experience in IT production 3+ years Experience in customer facing roles Knowledge of ITIL principles Personal skills: Analytical mindset Communication skills Managing skills
