Samsung Electronics Ukraine is opening the vacancy of RECRUITMENT / TALENT ACQUISITION DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST (full time) in Kyiv. Responsibilities: Full responsibility for organization and management of all stages of recruitment and selection process, starting from a vacancy opening and till New Hire starting; Manage and improve candidates’ sourcing process with Recruitment service providers and internal Recruitment responsibles; Revise current recruitment process, offer and implement new process design aimed to increase recruitment efficiency; Providing coaching and problem-solving to internal Customers during the entire Recruitment cycle; Recruitment reporting; Improving of the internal communications; Development the Employer brand of SEUC. Requirements: University degree; 5+ years of full-time Senior Recruiter/Recruitment Team Lead experience in leading recruitment agency(ies) and/or FMCG and/or Consumer Electronics industries is a MUST; Upper-intermediate English is a MUST; Excellent knowledge of full-cycle recruitment process in line with international practices; Professional and personal maturity, work efficiency, honesty and strong sense of responsibility.
