We are happy to invite to our office Office Manager/Administrator who will grant a wide range of team supporting and office management services. The core about the role: Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an office and its various departments. Duties will include communicating with department heads, relaying important information or policy changes from upper management and implementing incentives to enhance employee productivity. Duties: Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly Oversee the day-to-day activities of the office as the main point of contact in the reception area, keeping management informed of performance with routine and requested reporting Provide direct administrative supports as needed, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, booking travel, maintaining filing system, mailing and shipping packages, and updating contact database and employee list Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately Assist with office layout planning and office moves, and with managing and maintaining IT infrastructure Manage office budget Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports Manage all aspects of the office’s space/infrastructure planning (moves, adds, and changes to workstations) and provide answers, resources, and solutions as requested Hard Skills: Ability to work with the informational flows, analytical skills Organizational skills Ability to organize and sustain document flows I the Company Keen on Business correspondence norms and rules Ability to set priorities Autonomy at work Upper- Intermediate level of English Soft Skills: People oriented Team player Helpful Non-conflict Friendly, easy-going Our Benefits: Apart from the well-structured career path and excellent team environment, our employees enjoy a variety of perks and benefits.
