Our Partner is an American outsourcing company, is looking for Middle Tech Writer. Full remote Responsibilities:• Plan, prioritize, write, and maintain technical support content: software useradministrator manuals, firmware specifications, technical process descriptions, system administration guidelines• Communicate with stakeholders and team members from the USA, EU and other countries to collect the required information• Conduct research through communication (verbal and written) with subject matter experts and experimenting with software functionality during the project lifecycle• Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write documents• Prepare and incorporate graphics and illustrations into documents (with help of UI designer)• Meet provided guidelines for style, tone, branding, etc.Requirements:• 2+ years of technical writing experience in at least one of the following: developer and API documentation, docs as code, software or hardware user manuals, embedded user assistance• Excellent written English and at least B2 spoken English• Ability to clearly state your thoughts• Ability to comprehend and communicate highly technical, complex subjects• Strong analytical and research skills• Accurate and methodical approach to work• Technical background in at least one of the following: software development, firmware development, robotics-related technologies, electronics engineering• Experience with at least one of the following tools or technologies: Confluence, MS Word, XML, HTML, Markdown, Git (or other version control systems)• Strong time management skills• Strong communication skills and a team player mentality• Keeping up with the latest trends in software and hardware will be a plus• German language knowledge would be a plusWork conditions:• Official employment and competitive salary• Medical insurance• Dynamic and collegial work environment with opportunities for professional team players.
