AIR TRANSPORTATION SPECIALIST Based in Kiev. Job requirements: Import issuance procedure Sending export. Shipment of goods under customs control Interaction with customs authorities. Resolving emerging issues with problematic cargo. Customs inspection. Ordering a car for loading. Air waybill set in AWB Editor CMR waybills Expense control Warehouse and manufacturing operations Track and trace shipments Label freight, check to insure that freight is properly packaged and labeled to ensure compliance with IATA regulations. Communicating with dispatchers, warehouses and customers regarding outgoing freight. Receiving all imported goods and checked product condition and count. Taking corrective action in the case of accidents and delays to minimize extra expenses. Requirements: Extensive knowledge of air freight operation (min. 3 years) English language skills (both written and spoken) Outgoing personality with the ability to inspire and persuade Results driven and attention to details Good administrative skills Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
