Key responsibilities: Training creation (from presentations and recordings) Managing an internal Learning Management System: creating sessions, enrollment and attendance tracking, report preparation etc. Collaborate with other teams, like designers to ensure training consistency Administrate internal performance development system Support in calibration meetings, performance review, evaluation completeness etc. Assist in other L&D activities. The candidates for this position must meet the following requirements: Graduate or final-year student (4th course and above) 1-2 years of relevant experience as HR specialist or administrator Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, Power Point Experience with Adobe Captivate and Articulate (platform for workplace learning) will be an advantage English – at least upper intermediate level.
