Frogwares is currently looking for an IT recruiter to help us find and attract bright talents and grow our team. Responsibilities: Management of the entire recruitment life cycle for different types of positions from junior to management level Creation and generation of the sourcing strategies, building, and maintenance of the talent pool Writing compelling job ads, emails, and text messages to attract candidates Onboarding qualified candidates Reporting and KPI tracking Qualifications and skills: 5+ years of HR Recruiter Proven experience in IT recruitment and sourcing by using traditional and non-traditional sources Successful working experience in IT sector companies size 70+, Working in an agile environment, or wish to do so, is a must Self-sufficient, proactive and with a strong drive to succeed Personal approach and advanced soft skills Advanced level of written and spoken English International recruitment experience would be an advantage What you can expect from us: An exciting job where you can develop professionally Sense of belonging to globally-renown game series Agile environment with minimum bureaucracy Competitive salary fixed in EU currency 20 paid vacation days per year + sick leaves 40-hours working week compensation 2000 EUR/MO Nice to have: Gamedev experienceRequired application materials: Resume / LinkedIn profile Cover Letter
