Your task will suggest management of our creative projects of Graphic design, manage the Team, manage Customers. Among the core tasks: Work as the Team Leader and the Team, being engaged in various design project-based tasks, Manage design projects. Do design works of different complexity level (polish, create, recreate) Study design briefs and determine requirements, Conceptualize visuals based on requirements, Prepare design for business presentations' slides and present ideas, Develop illustrations, logos, posters and other design tasks assigned, using software or by hand, Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic task, Amend designs after feedback, follow change management demands, Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing, on-brand and correlate the scope, Work with the adherence to design standards, Contribute efficiently to the Teamwork, with deadlines adherence. Your skills: Advanced PPT User Advanced knowledge of Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, Creative cloud Banners, motion design Minimum 2 year of Team management skills (team 10+ people) Very good Project Management skills (full project life-cycle, deadlines and quality control) Very good negotiation and presentation skills Conditions: Job is for Kyiv or Ukrainian-based candidates Fully official competitive salary, official employment All relevant compensations (vacation 28 days, sick-leaves) Hybrid working format office/home office Very dynamic environment with interesting projects and professional Team.
