We are looking for a Customer Support specialist to join one of our clients In general, our clients are looking for 1st level support with German and English knowledge – entry position, or 2nd level support with some IT knowledge. Working for internal / external users, depends on company Positions are based in Prague or Brno (2nd largest city with strong international community). Clients we are collaborating with are DHL, Kyndryl, Infosys etc. Responsibilities: deliver premium 1st level customer support to the employees of our partner companies handle inbound and outbound calls, e-mails, chats resolve technical cases using the most modern technology and digital means dispatch unresolved issues to different support groups communicate with IT specialists on different levels and in different countries act as an intermediary between all stakeholders contribute to improvement of current procedures become essential part of our global multinational team, develop relationships with other team members Requirements: Fluent in German with English Basic computer experience with Windows, Mac or Linux operating systems Language skills on communicative level Requirements and skills: We are looking for bilingual specialist, German+English with C1 (sometimes B2) level. Advantage (not condition) is previous experience in SSC/BPO/Customer service to understand environment and work pace. The most suitable are university graduates with 1-2 years of experience.
