We are agile and innovative! 15+ years on the USA market 300+ completed projects 150+ employees around the world About the role You will be responsible for a variety of payroll support functions that will allow the team to accurately process payrolls in a timely fashion. The work involves detailed validation of system records, input, and balancing of transactions and record-keeping critical to pay employees accurately. Our team is composed of Team Lead and 6 bookkeepers. What you will do: ensuring the accuracy of employee paychecks downloading and auditing payroll reports running bi-weekly, monthly reports maintaining and updating all personnel records communicating effectively with employees, supervisors, and human resources understanding and adhering to established company policies recommending process improvements Required Skills: minimum 2-3 years of Payroll experience strong analytical abilities ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks independently Intermediate English level or higher If you are an experienced Bookkeeper looking to join a hardworking and passionate team of professionals, this is the role for you.
