BSI Lifestyle — luxury private members concierge services club with Head Office In London, is searching for Airline tickets agent (internal sales) in Kyiv office. Job Description: We currently are looking for an experienced Airline tickets agent (internal sales) to support our Lifestyle Managers in sales of airline tickets. You will be integral part of the team having Lifestyle Managers as internal clients. With everyday requests for tickets around the world (mainly business and first class), you will be providing the most efficient and fast-paced service possible for our UHNWI clients. The successful Airline tickets agent candidate will preferably have a background in travel/tourism and have particular experience in the following areas: Air tickets reservation and sales (highest level of complexity) Mandatory knowledge of Amadeus, Knowledge of re-routings/re-issue/re-validation procedures Travel/Tourism experience is preferred Group bookings Ready to stay connected 24/7 and work on weekends (shifts). Job Description: Airfare sales on daily basis Quick response for any changes/cancelations etc Constant search for better fare even when the ticket was issued Comparison with an official price on airline's website Be available out-of-office hours for the constant support of Lifestyle Managers We offer: Competitive salary Working hours Mon-Fri 10-7 from office + shifts on weekends Possibility for FAM-trips Young and creative team Quarterly bonus upon completion of set targets
