Minimize service issues via the proper arrangement of service processes. Meet customer’s expectations for service performance. Enable effective communication to the team and internal processes follow up. Enable effective spare parts stock control, returns and replenishment. fast RMA stock turnaround and compensation for customers and Company. Minimize service operations cost via optimized and efficient management of service processes. Requirements: Master degree. Finance with Technical background. Work experience of minimum 2 years on service management positions. Strong computer user and technical skills.
