Requirements: • A minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master within a software development delivery organization• 2+ years of experience in leading multi-disciplinary Agile development teams (minimum 2 teams of 6 — 8 engineers), preferably in a product company, and banking, payments, and SaaS experience is definitely a plus• Relevant Certifications (eg PSM, KMP)• Excellent English speaking, writing, and presentation skills• Proven track record in improving teams• Experience and knowledge of Scrum and Kanban• Basic understanding of Agile scaling frameworks (Spotify, LeSS, SAFe, etc) 9 reasons to join us: 1. Responsibilities: • Arrange and facilitate overall events such as workshops and knowledge sharing sessions with the tangible outcome and follow up• Facilitate conflict resolutions for groups and individuals• Drive cross-team improvement actions• Manage cross-functional development teams of software engineers• Own the delivery commitment of the team and together with the team make sure to deliver what has been promised and up to the quality standards our customer expect• Ensure software delivered by your teams is released with minimal effort and does not have any issues on production About the project We are looking for a Scrum MasterDelivery Manager to join a new team.Our client is a large international banking and financial services company.
