Expected results and evaluation criteria of the performed work: Working on the implementation of the communication strategy Work on the positioning of the organization, separate projects, and the team Recognizability — coverage, interaction, requests, reactions to the results of campaigns created by the team Implementation of the precise structure of written texts, understanding of presentation, style and essence of messages, adherence to the tone of voice Development and implementation of communication campaigns and organization of events Content creation / coordination Working on the target Working on social networks and other communication platforms: website, Telegram, Wikipedia, etc. Building and maintaining the organization's reputation through dialogue with its audiences and stakeholders Resultful communication with the media and building the loyalty of journalists to the State Enterprise Organization and development of a strong, cohesive team (operational management and team management, including the contractor outsource team) Why you? You know how to use email, calendar, Google Drive, task managers (we work in Asana), MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), electronic document management system (we work in DocProf), analytics tools for communication platforms (SocialBackers, Google Analytics, etc), knowledge of targeting.
