Responsibilities: Control and Organization Glaziers Locally Project Control New Glaziers Evaluation and Onboarding Proper Jobs Distribution Between Glaziers Look for ways to improve the quality of your customer service. Examines production activities from a strategic standpoint to ensure that goods meet quality, integrity, functionality, and other requirements. Collaborates across production departments and roles with management and senior workers to create acceptable quality standards. Quality standard testing and evaluation techniques are developed and implemented. Communication between manufacturing divisions and management is made easier. Examines test results and signs off on suggested adjustments. Checks the efficacy, accuracy, and relevance of quality control documentation such as checklists, logs, and reports. Random inspections and quality control checks are carried out. Executive leadership and, if necessary, regulatory bodies are updated on the state of quality control and operations on a regular basis. Organizing, planning, and supervising everyday operations and duties Performing a performance evaluation and finding areas for improvement Providing staff with technical guidance and professional assistance Ensure that all employees follow the company’s policies and procedures. Book an appointment, deal with the schedule Requirements: 2 years+ working as a Glazier, Commercial Glazier, or operational manager Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to train staff Understanding of quality control standards and methodologies Understanding of manufacturing and production in the industry Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
