We’re looking for Loan Officer Assistant who are results-driven, outgoing, and passionate about providing top-notch customer service to join our sales team. Our marketing team provide leads that you will call and transfer them our Loan Officers, as an LOA, you’ll be responsible for following up with leads, establishing relationships with clients, and working with our sales team to crush goals. You will be contacting leads via phone, sms or email. Using any means to transfer leas to warm stage. Also helping our Loan officers with getting documents from clients and organizing them for review. All we need from you is a positive attitude, the ability to build rapport with clients. Ready to take the next step in your career? Apply today! What You’ll Do Contact leads in a high-volume sales environment. Be able to work remote in Los Angeles time. Build meaningful relationships with and provide an exceptional experience for our clients. Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining thorough knowledge of all lending programs, policies, procedures Market our company’s unique services to clients based on their needs and requirements. Must be coachable and have the ability to utilize the techniques and tools we provide Administrative duties including data input into our CRM and LOS (Loan Origination System) Make outbound calls to leads from CRM system. Assist licensed mortgage loan originators in obtaining leads by coordinating communication Schedule initial appointments as well as maintain database of clients Participate in continuous classroom training as part of our training program. Additional responsibilities related to business needs. What You Have Ability to confidently and professionally communicate on the phone Must have sales skills and be very good on the phone, with excellent English Is always looking to exceed sales goals and quotas Possess superb customer service, listening, and prospecting skills Accountable, adaptable, and a team-player mentality Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills Ability to multitask, motivate others and remain competitive in a fast-paced environment What we offer: Salary + bonus Payment in USD Paid vacation and sick leave Weekly 40 working hours
