ASBISc Enterprises PLC (WSE: ASB) — leading Value Add Distributor, OEM, и Solutions Provider of IT, IoT, IoT, AI across CEE, FSU, MEA invites to take part in the competition for the vacancy of Consumer Business Development Manager Accessories (Central Team, Cyprus) Responsibilities: Define sales, pricing and promotion strategy for the assigned product groups / brands for the Company and country by country Coordination of assortment, pricing, listing, distribution and other types of market research country by country for the assigned product groups / brands Development and implementation of general distribution, range and pricing approach by sales channels (range, market price waterfall / food chain, bonus conditions, promotional conditions etc.) Organize and control the process of local adaptation of general distribution, range and pricing approach country by country. Organize and control the process of development, implementation and regular control of listing plan by customers / sales channels country by country Organize and control the process of sales planning by SKU in every country and the Company total. Final responsibility for the Company sales and supply planning for the assigned product groups / brands. Development and implementation of general and countries’ promotional strategy, ATL and BTL range promotion plan including but not limited advertising ATL and BTL, merchandising, POSM placement, demonstrators’ teams in retail, joints promotions with customers etc. Coordination of legal, logistics, adaptation and all other types of questions related to the assigned product groups / brands Any other tasks related to business development of the Company Requirements: Master or bachelor degree Successful experience in a similar position from 2 years (with gaming products, accessories) Good knowledge of aming products, accessories markets, experience in working with leading retail, online players and distributors Product management and sales experience Proficiency in English at the Upper-Intermediate level and above Proficiency in Russian at the Fluent level Excellent negotiation skills Skills in short-term and long-term planning of purchases and sales Result orientation, leadership qualities, good analytical skills, systematic approach to work We offer: Competitive salary + KPIs performance related bonus + commission Medical insurance Possibility of personal and professional development Dynamic work environment of international company Other employee's benefits
