Business Development Manager (IT, B2B) Sim-Networks Ukraine (Germany's subsidiary Netversor GmbH) invites a B2B sales manager to join our team. We are looking for specialists who will join our international team and will promote the services of SIM-Networks — Netversor companies in the IT community. Your tasks: search for a new clients, client base development; work with a company CRM; sale company IT-services; arrange business meetings with prospective clients; preparing and conducting presentations for a clients; negotiating the terms of cooperation; prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines; development of long-term relationships with customers and partners; leading clients by all issues related to the company services; achieve growth and hit sales targets. Requirements and skills: sales techniques; ability to analyze market and find potential clients; preparing and delivering sales presentations to a clients; experience in B2B sales; experience of self-closure of complex IT projects; time management and planning skills; upper-intermediate English speaking level (you can sell services without being limited to the Ukrainian and Russian-speaking market).
